We normally go to Software Paths for our .net training, and have found them pretty good so far...

I did an introduction to C#.NET with software paths. The course content and tutoring was excellent however the course was too basic for me as I'd already been coding OOD in VB6 and done a little VB.NET.

Defo recommend them though.
