Try Aoife in Dr Rowe's surgery. She's only there on Tuesday's though. I lost 2 stone in 3 months with her.

Thanks for that Roanmore. Is this the dr. Rowe in Lismore park?

It wasn't too bad, she tells you what you can eat loads of, what to cut out and what to go easy on. I suppose the motivation is that you are going back weekly much like weight watchers but on a more personal level.

Tuesdays are bad for me. Is there anybody else in Waterford (or reasonable distance) that someone could recommend? Thanks.

Is that a service provided separate to the doctor service in the surgery? Do you know if she does appointments after 5 in evenings? Also, how much does it cost you if u dont mind me asking?

You'd get an appointment at 5:10, that's the latest. The initial visit is expensive about €50 and each visit is €15 after that. You don't have to go every week.
