Hotmail Import & Sync Date problem

I have a hotmail plus account which gives me http & pop access. I have oe and outlook 2003 installed. When I move existing email from my gmail account into the hotmail folder locally it keeps the correct received date. but when I sync to the hotmail server when I go to the site its change to todays date.

And because I sync with 2/3 different pc's this is causing me heatache & stress. Does anyone know of a way that I can sync or import directly to hotmail without loosing the received date. Is there anything like a free online ssl/pop proxy that I could use to convert the hotmail pop retrieval to ssl to allow me to retrieve directly from gmail.
