halloween party deco ideas?

    hi there,

just wondering does anyone have ideas for decorating a house for a halloween party without paying through the teeth for it? Now I don't mind paying a decent price for stuff, but I was in a couple of shops in Blanch and their halloween stuff (- plastic skulls, fake tombstomes for the garden, hanging decorations etc.) are really overpriced IMO. I suppose it's the season that's in it and all, but I came away with only a few bags of fake spiderweb which were 5 quid each. I was hoping on having the house looking really well for the party...I am just wondering if there is a less expensive way of kitting out the house for Halloween?? Does anyone know any good online stores for example? Thanks

PS - if this is the wrong forum feel free to move my post.

What about a 'non-traditional' Halloween theme? Like a masquerade or something? That way, people can still "dress up", but you may be able to find 'non-traditional', cheaper decorations.

    Good luck!! :D
