Ebay not replying ? account hijacking

Normally when you forward a fake or spam email to ebay they respond within a day or two but I'm having real problems with them not replying to me after 4 days. Has anyone else noticed a delay in them replying. I had a fake Paypal email the other day and they replied within 8 hours confirming it was spam.

Also the other day in my outlook express email inbox were 8 ebay messages from MYSELF they were all the same, second chance offers, just had different makes of car in the message body. They didn't appear in my in box in ebay messages which was odd.

Also in my "sent" messages on ebay were messages to other ebayers that it looks like I sent but I haven't. How did that happen ? Again they were about second chance offers on various makes of cars with the same guy's email address in the message body, someone called peter williams with a yahoo addy.

I have changed my password and I have messaged Ebay through their contact pages with my concerns but no reply after 3 days. I am a bit worried, I don't want them barring me cos someone has sent messages that look like they came from me.

Is there anyway to contact them other than through the contact pages on ebay ?

    thanks

They probably have a contact phone number, might be located in the US though, and I'm not sure if they give it out too often (if at all). When did you send the last message? Try maybe associating a different email address with your eBay account.

I managed to find the "live help" section where you can chat online with an eBay person. There was unauthorised activity on my account but they can tell this and know it wasn't my doing.

I'm selling a few things and was just worried they would suspend my account if they thought it was me. They never received my emails which was odd so I've registered another email addresss (luckily I have 4 to choose from !)

They do alright, will have to do a bit of digging to get it as it might be useful for this forum, European headquarters I believe.
