[REQ] Server/Hosting

I want to host a number of sites on my own server preferable in a hosting company in Dublin. I don't want to deal with resellers, I want to deal with a professional company and physically own the server and have them support it.

    Any recommendations or comments welcome?

Feel free to PM me with any questions. We are the countries largest provider, and own and operate our own data centre and fiber network in Dublin.

it's ripoff ireland again, at least if you're looking for a bargain :)

try server hosting companies in germany, you'll get a lowend server from as low as 15 euros a month (something like pentium 3 800MHz with 500GB mo transfer)

i haven't had problems with speeds, you'll usually get a really good deal compared to buying a crappy sdsl from irish provider.

and yes, quality of their service is still good, haven't had any problems (i have around 30 dedicated/virtual servers from different providers). you'll have to remember they've been in business longer than ireland has had broadbands :D

Ripoff Ireland? I hardly call the deals that Blacknight and Hosing 365 a 'Ripoff' I am very happy with the package I got and the service is excellent. Best off keeping it in Ireland I recon.

My advice is to PM both companies and see who can taylor a package to best suit you needs

Thanks guys. Yeah I'm going for hosting in Ireland. I'm just gathering a few associates together to come with in with me on this.

Good idea. My hosing supports up to 8 seperate domains and way more bandwidth that I need so you could easily share with someone.
