I'l shortly be taking a short break away from the maddening crowd and have considered some hotels down south/south east. Has anyone stayed in; Talbot hotel Carlow?. Talbot Wexford?. or Fitzwilton in Waterford?. I'd really appricate any opinions from people who's stayed in any of them please.
