Trying to get the internet setup on a pretty old PC we've got lying around here, years ago I put a PCI Ethernet card into, but now have no clue about the the make or model number and so can't get the drivers for it. Is there any way of identifying the make and model?

    Thanks.

I take it you don't have the original driver discs that came with the PC or that. You could open it up and most of the time, the manufacturer (at least) is printed on the card itself. You might notice a number associated with the FCC ID, that would be helpful in locating the driver.

Yep, that's what I ended up doing and got the drivers. Just thought there mighta been a way to do it through device properties or something. Sorted now anyway, thanks.
