The ridiculous thing about Day 2 is Gold is probably one of the better players. On Day one he'd be slaughtered.

to be fair the 2nd day does have the more potential entertainment value with Matusow sitting at the same table as the Sheik, who Sam Farha also dislikes. Then Gold thrown in for good measure, will defo be interesting.

Question is, with Kaplan playing, who's going to do commentary? Best commentator about IMO

Where did you get that list? According to CardPlayer.com the following players also played and they're not on your list:
Phil Laak, Chris Ferguson, David Williams, William Chen, Daniel Alaei, Doyle Brunson, Erick Lindgren, Jennifer Harman, Barry Greenstein, Todd Brunson, Paul Wasicka, Dan Harmetz, Dan Shak, Illya Trincher

What's stopping Kaplan from commentating? I'm assuming the commentary isn't live, so unless they don't want to give up the illusion that it is, he could still commentate. Looking forward to seeing him play either way.

Have to say although I do like Kaplan, he'll never take Norman Chad's place in my heart. Jokes about how many ex-wives you have NEVER get old
