How much money do you guys keep under your mattress? I can only withdraw €700 per day from the bank.

Think my limit is 400, dont really use banks. You can withdraw 700 on your way to the Fitz and another 700 at midnight.

i'm moving house this weekend and am jetlagged,but i'll try and make it in,and if i do it'll probably be quite late...

ok i'm going to make the effort to get in for this cause i'd really like it if a game like this was available in dublin...
what time should i head in for?
as for there not being enough people,surely if there's five or six of us we can start it off and some punters will end up joining in?

The majority of bigger players will be happier to stay in a full 1/2 PL game that has 2 feeder games into it to a 6 handed game that mightnt last. If we get it running a couple of times it should take off but to start off with we need 7 or 8.

Looking good at the moment though, Id say 10 o clock should do. Ill post around 6 to say if theres any point starting it.

6 really isnt enough to start it, reschedule for Thursday, theres a few gone to Killarney etc, it would look far better if we got the game going and had a waiting list, far more likely that the Fitz would push the game. I really want to see this game running aswell so will keep pushing it.

I don't like a lot of the vagueness of some of you guys. Cmon we just need 10 people to head in the fitz for 10.

Looks like this a non starter tonight. I have head out now and wont have access to the net to see if we get the 9 or 10 interested players. Think i'll just hit the SE about 9 for their scalps game instead of taking a chance on this one. Good luck if it does take off

Thankfully this didnt go ahead. I won a €1600 pot in the last hand of the €50 holdem a couple of hours ago:)

Yeah, what a flop for you. Sitting there with the nuts and watching all the money go in the middle must have had your heart racing. Did u find out what he called the the final 335 bet on the river with?

He could have had a lot of hands, i think, from how he was playing. I asked him when the money went in on the turn, if he had a set or two pair and he said no, mentioned something about a straight(seeing as he could only have made a straight on the turn i cant believe that), and mucked on the river.

Were you at that table?

I wasnt at the table, i came over just after u pushed in the rest of ur money. You'll have to take care of the hand details for the lads because i'm not sure how the betting went.

When i got over, there was about 900 in the pot, 4 spades on the board and it was 335 to the opponent. Delanec was sitting there with AsJs:D

I raised to 7 with AJs. 5 players saw a flop of Q97 all spades. Checked to me and i bet 25. Button called and BB raised pot to 135(something he had done numerous times since joining the table a little over an hour ago). I asked him before the river came down if he had a set or 2 pair and he said no. I didnt feel like asking him after the hand what he had but going on the A8hand he could have had a lot of hands.
