Mosquitoes in Portmarnock

    On the site im working on in portmarnock ,we are all been attacked by Mosquitoes,(whats going on any one eles getting them).
    Now iv been bitten by them in france spain and austrailia.But these ones are nasty really nasty ,my hand and arm swolen about 3 times its normal size.same with every one else thats been bitten.
    One of the lads reckon the came in with some storm.Any more info on this.

    you have had by the sounds of things simply a strong immune reaction to the insect bite. It does not neccesarily depend on the size of the mosquito or midge causing it but your response.

    Have you SEEN mosquitos, because if you haven't then its the standard irish midge that crawls down your neck and up your sleeves.

    yes i do react to bites alot ,,(bee stings) ,,but at least 8th of us have reacted like this.big swellong and weeping at the bite.
