Hi, i'm going doing an aptitude test next week with Bank of Ireland. Any tips?

I know these sort of things are hard to predict but any help would be appreciated. Has anybody done one with the banks before, are they difficult?

I assume you are doin the Graduate Management aptitude test? They are grand, just a numeric and verbal reasoning test. Nothing like the AIB one which is ROCK hard. Im on the Business Banking Grad program in BOI at the minute and went through the same general process, submit cv, aptitude test, interview and job offer. There is an extra group interview (thats if you are successful in the apt test) for the Graduate Programme scheme slotted in between the aptitute test and interview proper. My friend was also successful and is on the Grad Mgt program. I got as far as the group interview last yr but didnt get past the apt test this yr. I was lucky enough to get the Business banking grad program subsequently. If you have any other q's drop me a PM and ill do my best to answer them.

No it was just for an entry level position-Bank assistant. Did it earlier today, very happy with it. Didn't get a couple of sections finished but i presume thats normal enough
