Itinerant & general stupid drivers

Today, I have had my 3rd experience with an "Itinerant" Driver, in a white van. I was ferrying up to a friends house, and heading onto a roundabout adjacent to Farren Park (A local housing estate, with a large community of our travelling countrymen's born and inbred). I slowed down coming onto the roundabout(15 or 20mph if anyones counting) - as you do, and saw only a white van to my left.

So,I was on the roundabout at this stage, so I started raising my speed again - seeing no other vehicles in sight,bar the one to the left, which I assumed didnt really matter, since I was on the roundabout, and had right of way. Then, the **** pulls straight out on top of me, causing me to swerve dangerously near the opposite lane. He almost curbed himself off the roundabout itself, telling how wide he went.

He wheelspinning ahead of me then, kicking horse ****/mud off his wheels in my general direction. Naturally, I beeped him. Then the ****wit has the bloody cheek to beep me back - twice! Lucky me,he was on the same route as me. And he had the skill to not use his indicators so much as once. Finally, he was taking the opposite exit to me on a roundabout, and I got a look at his face - pure inbred scum, staring me in the eyes.

Why are people like this allowed to drive on our bloody roads? Its not like a gaurd will stop people like this - they dont need a license.

The road is filled with complete idiots. One was kind enough to actually park her car like this;

Making it absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to get out without beating into a car, or driving along the footpath for about 100metres. Lucky, the suspect was still in her car at the time, so I ushered her on a bit so I could get out,and she could have the space. Instead, she reversed back to meet me - low and behold, the general look of incompetance and scum, topped off with about 5 children in her 4-seater car. She started screaming at me then that she was going to "get out and smack the head off me" (really wanted to say "Im wearing a helmet you inbred ****", but valued my life too much at the time). She then told me "What you can do now is just drive around my car!" - which was impossible, as I had informed her - I couldnt even lift the bike without hitting off the car.

These are two of many experiences I've had on the road, dealing with complete moron drivers. How are they allowed on the road? Im starting to understand why biking is considered so dangerous in Ireland - most others just dont give a flying fcuk.
