hey all, i wonder could us help me! im looking for a FREE program for making slideshows with effects and stuff, ive looked around but wit no luck! also does any1 kno where i could find a program for compressing mp3's! Thanks in advance!

If you have MS Office, is Powerpoint any use to you? For compressing MP3's, do you mean decreasing the quality or just packing them up to save room?

i havent actually tried powerpoint but ill check it out cheers! i want one that can put in pics and music behind it that sorta stuff!! as 4 the mp3s yeah i just wanna save on room!

If you have MS Office then Powerpoint's the job.

Open Office is free.

Those are the best ones I know albeit one of them isn't free.
