Ultra simple (web based) Database / CRM system?

    I'm currently trying building a list of all my customer etc btu I'm not happy with how it is working at the moment, I need to get it a lot more orgnanised and effecient. At the moment I have an excel sheet but it is not enough. I would really like a very clean and simple way of managing customers, contacts and opportunities.

    I have hosting with Blacknight so I installed Sugar CRM - although I'm sure it is fantastic, it is way too much for my needs. I was wondering if anyone knows of anything similar but on a smaller & simpler scale?

    All I really need is what I haev on my excel sheet:
    List of Companies
    Contact within those companies - with contact details
    Opportunities (Quotes) for each company
    Notes for each company

    If I could find somehting that has this without too much extra it would make my job a lot easier.

    Also I would really need the ability to import and export through excel.

    Anyone know if such a thing exists?
