sms to oz via any software non skype?

I was using skype to sms my g/f in australia but bought credit twice on my credit card, 3 times with paypall, and now its looking for my bank details for security.. Dont have time to go to bank to set it up .

Is there any software like skype that can sms? I know VOIP can but only to usa ireland uk spins etc.. Infact anything beginning with +1, +3 and +4.. But Im trying oz which is +6.

Any help is much appriciated, thanks in advance.

Well I do work for a irish mobile network, and I also know how much it costs per minute, even at managers rate...... Ill try the link thanks.
