    Hero 5K
    Villain idiot 5.5k
    and watcher 1.5K

Villain is complet idiot took out player after 4 betting with 44 into AA and hit his set
    Blinds 150-300

    Watcher sb
    hero bb

Hero has through mixture of bad cards and action heavy table been tight as a rock much tighter than normal and rep would have.

After hardly playing a hand a flopped set late and some strong postion play while on the bubble has leveled the stacks
I have re-raised our villain out of 2k in pots in last 5 hands
    blinds have just gone up
Villain min raises on Button SS watcher folds i look down at 34 and decide to play

    Pot 1350
    Flop A25 rainbow
    I open push

    We like ?

why open push the nuts this is a hand where i let the villain hang himself caus although he is an idiot he will hardly call an open push unless he has at least an ace.

I rather a check-raise all in or weak lead the flop or something.

EDIT: I think the best line to take here though is to lead the flop for 800 or something and hope to get it all in.

Dont particularly like the push. Definitely a spot to slow play.

this is absolutely a place where slow playing is the best option. Even if he's the type that thinks everyone is bluffing him (love those guys) don't open push..... he may call, but he may not. Play it slow and he will hang himself. I like a weak flop bet.

    I might even check/call here.

Yeah c/c lead turn maybe, or c/c crai turn. Basically anything but open-shoving the flop.

slow play cuz villain is grtd to bet this for you but when you put him all in he will not call with out an A .
as for how you slow play it i dont think it makes much of a difference really at all as any bet from villain has him committed.

actually, I take that back.... i don't like a weak flop bet. guys are right... think check call is best option. especially since he min-raised pf.
