    Hi Folks,
I'm on the look-out for a good acoustic guitar (electro-acoustic).
When I say good, I don't necessarly mean too expensive. I'm looking to go up to about €600 or so.
Are there any hidden gems out there?

    Cheers,
    Steve.

For €600 I think you could get a really nice Takamine.

You can get a solid wood Simon & Patrick in that range.

Go into Music Maker, Perfect Pitch, and Musician and play all the acoustic guitars you can. Play some of the slightly more expensive ones as well, and then check out secondhand options on buyandsell.ie and ebay.com. Bear in mind that a pickup can be fitted.

I would highly recommend that you try out the Seagull line of guitars.

Relatively inexpensive with amazing playability and tone.
