I have the following and I want to know if I should keep & repair or sell and if sell, how much would be the likely price?? 2x laptops. 1 is a hewlet packard, 2.x Athlon with 512mb or Ram 40 gig HD etc. Has some issues that i think might be motherboard…

1 is a dell that deffo needs a new motherboard. 40 gig hd 256mb ram etc.

I also have 1gig of PC2100 Ram. I don't know what type of ram it is etc, its brand new, I tried it in my PC which takes 2100 and it just beeped and didn't work so i think its 200 pin (What ever that is).

Any advice guys?
