Someone spilt a tiny bit of coke on my laptop, it dripped into the left mouse button and now the button has gone all sticky (when i press it down it sticks to the bottom). Does anyone know how i can fix it?

Try google with the make/model on how to open it up.. then try using pure alchohol to clean the coke off.. then use a hairdryer to dry..what do others think??
I woke up with my phone in a glass of water the other morning and used metylated spirits on the circuit board and now my phone works perfect...

it's a HP nc6220.I think I'll leave it for a while to see if it wears off before i consider opening up the case. There are two sets of mouse buttons anyway (one set above the touchpad, another set below) so I'll be able to survive
