Wait! SBGNS kids only train once a week!? From there performances at the Dublin Open I would have thought they were training more than that. That's really impressive.

Oh and funboy, that quote is Ab Simpson (Grampa), not marge.

The Kids train twice a week as far as I know.
I think there is another session for them on Saturday mornings.

The Judo classes are with Norman Caprani, Andy will be there too, but they are Norman's baby. These classes will be starting from the start of the syllabus, so anyone who has never tried Judo before, now's the time to give it a bash.

Colm : I bow to your superior knowledge of the Simpsons.

Whats the best bus to get to the gym from town? is the luas any use?

The Luas don't do northside... Well, not far northside anyway.

The Dart might be your best bet.

Buses - 32, 32A, 32B will leave you in Baldoyle and you shouldn't have a problem finding the industrial estate from there.

Dart line passes by the gym closest stop I think is bayside

Get the dart to howth junction and theres a pathway down the middle platform to the industrial estate, theres a map attached to give you an idea
