Back Boiler retro fit

    Hi,
I have a new build house and am in a year. In the kitchen I have a free standing wood burning stove but never fitted a back boiler. I regret this now big time and was wondering if anyone could tell me would I have to do much ripping to fit one now. The water tank is about 20 foot down the hall away from the kitchen. I have no water piping left near the burner (another stupid mistake). Could I go up into the ceiling and down into the tank with pipes (it is a bungalow so no worry about floors upstairs)?
