Online Databases

    Anyone having proxy problems trying to get into the Online Databases through the Library website?

    I want to use JSTOR but it says I need to use the old proxy configuration.. yet if I use that I then loose net access...

    Am I doing something wrong?

    Yeah, friend had that problem the other day, she sent a mail to ISS asking what she should do but they haven't responded yet.

    Once you have authenticated you can use the old proxy config. I've had no problem using proxy1/proxy3 after authentification.

    It appears to be working for me now too, have tried a couple of different publications with different sources and all appear to be working fine :)
