Use the app in the freebies list thingy that lets you send a text for a fraction of a cent. From your phone like, not from icq or the like. I haven't tried it out though, I am too lazy.

    texts cost 30c each btw

    Ian, we'll call it 15%

("15% of a million is how much again? oh yeah, a lot...you all saw him agree to it right? a Boards discussion is legally binding isn't it? I need a good lawyer....")

yesterday's q was a movie quote as follows: "help me Obi-Wan Kenobi, you're the only one who can save me now". Name this celebrity poker player (a woman)

I hadn't a feckin' clue!! How did we ever find anything out before Al Gore invented the internet???

I certainly felt quite discombobulated by his comment

(note: I am going to use this word in every post I ever make from now on)

dictionary.com uses less words than Dev it would appear. It doesn't use that one anyways.

"A non sequitur is a conversational and literary device, often used for comical purposes (as opposed to its use in formal logic). It is a comment which, due to its lack of meaning relative to the comment it follows, is absurd to the point of being humorous or confusing. Its use can be deliberate or unintentional. Literally, it is Latin for "it does not follow." In other literature, a non sequitur can denote an abrupt, illogical, unexpected or absurd turn of plot or dialogue not normally associated with or appropriate to that preceding it."

    contextual problems for DeV here!!

    new Dublin poker words:

discombobulated; the emotion that overcomes one when Crazy Bob sucks out on your pocket kings and then starts laughing loudly. Often associated with the physical symptoms of fist clenching and veins throbbing noticeably in one's forehead.
Once one is discombobulated, one may lose the ability to speak in a coherent fashion and may simply commence making noises similar to those of an enraged chimpanzee.

recent notable discombobulatees: Gholimoli, Big Dragon

yeah, we'd better change the name of the event to the paddypowerpoker.com Classic to take advantage of all this advertising :)

this week it has been The ppp.com Poker Classic, The Paddy Power Open and about 10 other variations...
