    Has anybody here done it.

Im having trouble shifting a car of mine and was thinking of bringing it to merlin motor auctions.

It is now tuesday, should i book it in for tomorrows auction? Is there any advantage to waiting until saturdays auction?

    Anything i should know?

While this has come up, does anyone know if you can set a reserve?

I know you can put in a reserve, it costs 50quid to enter the auction then you pay a certain fee if it sells.

Im just not sure. Its for my celica, there is a massive gap in the market at the moment and it just isnt selling privately so i am desperate to shift it at this stage!

Yeah, you'll get VERY little for it at auction.
