    Hey guys,
Been interested in Capoeira for a while now but I finally decided to get my ass down to a training session. It was brilliant!
I went to the class in the Carmelite Community Centre on Mondays and had a really good laugh. Great to see how its all done.

Any Capoeira trainers out there that can suggest small excercises during the week that i can do to help with training, was pretty sore after last night, I havent done much physical excercise in a good while

Congratz man, glad you enjoyed. If you'd like post some updates as your training develops, I'm sure people would find it interesting.

Will this thread be as popular as "First Night Doing Muay Thai"? Only time will tell.

Damn, Capoeira and Parkour, do you ever stay still?
