My Girlfriend has just started taking the pill and today was the 5th pill out of 7 day course but we had a little accident tonight and was just wondering if she would definitely need to get the morning after pill? thanks

it usually says on the information leaflet of the packet whether you are covered from day one etc

if it's a new pack and she's starting for the 1st time she's covered after day 7 only, to be totally safe i'd say 14 days
