    hey there,

    I'm thinking of going to dubai soon (someone else pulled out of holiday) but i know nothing about the place.....from what i've seen it looks beautiful....
    has anyone been before?......is it expensive to eat/drink(are you allowed to drink there) out etc?.....the trip is for a week and a half.....so i'm also wondering if there's enough to see/do in that time....

    any replies welcome.....cheers
