    What is the legislation that was brought in a few years ago where by parents could be brought to court for the actions of their children.

    I know that in the states (at least) The parent is legally liable for anything their minor child may do...this only really covers theft and damage and all that, as kids have been widely known to get sent to juvenile hall and Community service.
