    Hi all,

I have been trying to find a company that has a wireless broadband service in a place called Castlebridge, in Wexford. (its about 3 miles form Wexford town).

I have tried Clearwire, Digiweb, Ripwave, & a company called Pure with no luck. Does anyone know where I can get broadband from?

    :(

skytel and permanet are also in wexford

    http://www.skytel.ie/broadband.asp

    and

    http://www.permanet.ie/map1.asp

the latter have agood reputation while I know litle about Skytel who seem to focus on VoIP a bit more than BB , but sure contact them about VoIP anyway.

Try Irish Broadband. They do have a transmitter in Wexford. RipWave probably won't work there, but you might be able to get Breeze or BreezeMax installed if you're within coverage of their base station and have line of sight.

Not sure about Perminet but the uptake on the skytel offer which you can see on the advert billboard heading from Wexford toward castlebridge is such that I put my name down when they first put up the advert & are still waiting connection. Usual excuses of bad weather , engineers working flat out. I was tempted to take a day off work & do the install myself & just phone up for a password.
