In light of Wand's loss to Cro Cop in OWGP, where does this leave the above proposed fight. I know Chuck vs. Tito has been mooted, but I haven't been able to find for definite whether or not Chuck and Wand will happen ( and I REALLY want it to)

Due to his last fight ending in him being KO'd, wandy won;t get cleared to fight in the states for 3 months.
