how can i watch this on my pc or even burn to a dvd so i can watch it in a dvd player,

You can play the bin file with VLC player,

It can be found here http://www.videolan.org/vlc/

The bin file is basically a image of a vcd and can be burnt to a cd using the cue file, i use nero to do it usually.

But if you are watching it on your pc just use vlc player
