Anyone know how many lockers actually are available! This is crazy! I hope i get one! im going to be in for 8.45 - I live really far away so its hard to get in! This whole locker craze on boards has got me worried!

Get in as early as you can if you want a locker in a prime location otherwise you'll be stuck with tiny lockers in TCIN which (even when I was based there) are kind of useless if you've got labs and need to store a lot of stuff.

If that's what it takes, I'll be in at 7:00 on the dot. Might as well, this whole timetable carry-on needs to be sorted out too.

How far away can a D4 girl live?! Donnybrook?!

heheh :D yeah for a hamilton locker this year (as in the main ones) i'd aim for around 7.30 - I got in around 8 or half 8 this year and all but a few panoz and the lloyd ones (which are dealt with differently, and there are always tons, but they're tiny) were gone.

thank god for campus living this year.

I'll live if I get one in the Panoz though..

I can't get a locker this year. :( The whole north sea n stuff getting in my way. Used to love goin in at the wee hours, still dark on the bus. Get a bacon and egg mcmuffin afterwards with disgusting mcdonalds coffee. It was a tradition my friend and I had.

Actually wait, I won't need a locker this year. Aha! Suweet

Did my usual trick of not caring where the locker is, as long as it is in the Hamilton/Panoz. Got one at around a quarter to 10.

    Enjoy your tiredness, suckers.

[edit] Thread of the day, it seems.

donal you practically live on campus again, what you need one for?

Can I just say to all those presumes how wrong you all are! I actually live on the Wicklow/Dublin border! I came onto boards a few years ago not thinking I would ever use this account ( I was a naive young girl!) and made up that stupid name which unfortunately has haunted me ever since! And thank you very much I do not need fake tan - I have a wonderful natural one! So Please refrain from being prejudice against me...after all its just a screen name! ! If I could change it without paying believe you me I would! Oh and back to the topic I got my locker in the panzoz - hopefully it will fit all my science geer! (ha I bet a whole load of you thought I was doing BESS tut tut)

Three hours sleep didn't help my performance this morning, and I now have a Lloyd locker, which I can't fit my head in.

I just held my dead-handy Hamilton locker from last year, and paid the €15 again at the leisurely time of 14:30. It's right beside the cloakroom, so I can gloat at the suckers queuing as I remove my labcoat and stash my bags in fifteen seconds flat. :D

Myth, when did you pass me out on postcount?

You were banned. Plus I did nothing from August - October, so...

Would be handy to keep extra books/folders.

    I hate you all.

I was there at 5 to 7. Got a nice handy locker in the Hamilton but I had sooo much time to kill today and I was soooo tired.

This locker better be worth it..... *shakes fist at advice to freshers thread*

I used go to get a locker, then a buttery breakfast. a habit i'm very happy to break.

as for d4girl...lovely tan eh? prove it ;)

edit: oh, and the panoz lockers should be fine iirc, they're around the same size as the main hamilton ones and so can fit a laptop bag quite well, for instance.

It's okay, you can call it Bray. It could be worse; poor europerson comes from Meath, after all.

And I know people from Louth, Monaghan and Tuam in Galway. I think we should start a Support Fund for them no? ;)

I suppose I better renew my locker soon before they drill it.

If I kept my locker from last year, reckon I can get away without having to pay €15 quid again this year? Or will I come in some day to find my key doesnt work anymore?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 18 goldsmith

if you don't pay the 15 euro they'll put a note in your locker saying it will be drilled if you don't pay it. you have a week or two.
