Getting Programmes off Sky+?

Hi is there any way to get tv programmes off Sky+ and onto my computer? I'd like to be able to get them onto my Zen Vision: M if/when I get it. Thanks

Only with a video capture card on your PC, and outputted from the Scart socket in realtime.

The data on the HDD is encrypted, so ripping the data onto PC directly is fruitless.
