Was looking about buying one of these but for the price their sound card options leave alot to be desired. All they seem to have listed for this is "Integrated advanced audio HD software", I assuming this is some sort of driver that emulates more advanced features at the cost of CPU cycles. Oddly I noticed that before they had an option for X-fi but seemed to remove that recently. I wouldn't mind paying the extra for a real sound card as opposed to the on board variety though to be honest I dont use my PC for any type of surround viewing.

Also had a look at Alienware but for a roughly comparable system they were significantly more expensive.

If u really want a Xi-fi get an oem one from komplett(€86).. Dell charge €129 for the same card...

as above..see if ur budget meets the Fatal1ty version..it comes with an audio bay and remote control..although the 9200 only have to 5"bays.

I think the 9200, like all of Dells currant range, come with a Sound Blaster Audigy chip onboard, their network controller is probably made by Intel, Realtek or Marvell.
