Connolly car park is accessed from an entrance off Platform 2. You drive into it as follows. Take the left turn immediately after Jurys Inn, Custom House Quay. Follow the road to the very end and the entrance is at the point where the road turns left to connect with Amiens street. Once you get that far you won't miss it. Be warned. Its a lot smaller that the car park in Heuston.

You need to get there before 09:30. I reckon most of the people usinmg it work in the IFSC or are shopping in town. EUR7/day is fantastic ... just amke sure you enter/leve via the platforms ;-)

You will get a parking spot at anytime of the day, start at the top and work your way down until you have found a spot. No pre-booking.

Just remember, that after you have turned left at Jurys Inn, the intersection at very next set of traffic lights crosses Mayor St, where the Luas trams will be running at right angles to you. Considering they are 15 ton trams, they can sneak up on you quite cheekily.

If you are going to the car park from the north side, you can access it from Amiens St. As you head down Amiens St, coming from the Five Lamps direction, there will be a turn to your left, just as you go under the bridge before Connolly. Turn left there and the car park will be at the bottom of the street on your left.

Be careful & watch out for buses. Over flow Bus Eireann buses that don't have an available parking bay at Busaras, sometimes wait beside the Connolly car park until it is time to head over to Busaras. It is a very, very narrow road due to the bridge pillars taking up some of the road & a taxi rank being there too. So if one of those buses passes you by, it can be a very, very tight squeeze.
