i cant connect for more then a few minutes at atime without loosing my connection abd its bloody slow, but i think its partly down to my reouter but i havent made any changes to it recently

same thing was happening to me yesterday (saturday) rang eircom turns out i have a faulty router the connecton drops from time to time gettin a new 1 off them.
