Is there anywhere I can stream or download matches? Mainly rugby, but also other sports. Unfortunetly I can't get anything except terrestrial tv, due to the location of my house. Are you sure Setatnta don't offer broadband services in Ireland?

This thread in the soccer forum is often updated every couple of days with links to live matches. You'll need a couple of easy-to-get programs first though but the thread explains all that.
