Wedding Ceremony

My partner and I are getting married here in November, but we need someone to perform our ceremony. I am American and my partner is Dutch, although now we live in Cork. For immigration purposes we got married in the Netherlands about 3 months ago, but we wanted to have a nice ceremony that everyone can be invited to here in Ireland where we are going to exchange rings and say vows. We are trying to find someone to perform our ceremony (civil) - well, pretty much read a script and tell a story or two. We have already tried the office that performs civil ceremonies, and a local parish and... No Luck  If anyone has any ideas on who might be able to perform the ceremony, please let me know.
