I can't blame them for pulling it. I went to see it in my local UCI 2 weeks ago and I was the only person sitting there and this was an evening showing.

You're lucky it's still on anywhere... if you were looking forward to it so much how come you didn't go sooner?

    Funny stuff.
With the films he has under his belt, and things like this happening, it's any wonder how he still has a career.

I went to see it about a week ago and there was about 7 people at the screening, including myself. I'm suprised it lasted another week. Dirty Sanchez : The movie was only in for a week, yet The Sentinel was going for over a month.

Its kind of depressing when that happens at cinemas.

I remember years ago Lost in Translation had a single week showing at Ster Century. They misjudged the word of mouth appeal of this film and it came back on a few weeks later for quite a decent run.

didn't think much of it, maybe i just built clerks up to an unreachable plateau, but i thought it just didn't compare to the first.

Thought it was very good but again I saw it on release day in cineworld at a late showing and there was only about 8 or 9 people in the cinema.

That's constantly happening in my local cinema. Superman Returns lasted a week, as did Clerks 2, yet John Tucker Must Die has been brought back three times.

Clerks 2 had plenty of funny scenes, but was that romantic comedy storyline not the biggest farce you've ever seen? Yer man O' Halloran can't act for his life, and he's hideously ugly. The dancing scene on the rooftop was sick. Was it meant to be a joke or what? Dante's closeups got the biggest laughs out of us in the cinema anyway. What a comically ugly man.
