Here she is again with a Fox presenter letting loose at her.
Thankfully there's only 100 of them in their church, who all happen to be relations...it's just a real pity these people are allowed continue to breed.

    Another Interview.

Wow, check out this statement from the front page of their website:
The Amish children from Pennsylvania are even now in hell. Stop spreading the lie that they were innocent. They were just as degenerate and deserving of hell as the pervert who killed them. You get what you deserve, America!
    Sick stuff alright.

Wow, Hannity & Colmes really love those guys for all the material they get from them. That's the second time I've seen a clip from their show about the Westborough Baptists, with that same woman.

yeah what a stupid little bitch, she reminds me of that Irish preist that ran onto the track at silverstone and at the marathon runner in the olympics, shes much worse of course, but she reminds me of him in the way that she is clearly fukked in the head and just wants to be on telly. Did anyone see when one of the guys from the Jon Stewart show went to one of the rallies that your man that runs thier "church" was holding and started coming on to him? I couldn't find a link.

I have an idea about some beachfront property in eastern Cuba. :)

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fred_Phelps
    Fidel Castro
Phelps has repeatedly championed Fidel Castro for Castro's stance against homosexuality; in 1998 Harper's magazine published a letter Phelps sent to Castro in which he praised Castro and lambasted the U.S. In 2004, when a pro-homosexual Cuban refugee announced plans to travel to Cuba, Phelps sent another letter to Castro "warning" him of the man's plans and requesting travel visas for a group of WBC congregants so that they could follow the refugee around Havana with signs bearing anti-U.S. and anti-homosexual slogans. Castro also ignored that appeal.[citation needed]

Everytime I see a clip like that, it just reminds me of how bloody scary religious people are. I just can't get my head around such blind faith, especially when it clearly leads to insanity.

Fair play to the Patriot Guard bikers who turn up at military funerals to keep the nutters away, even though many of them don't even support the war.

Dont generalize with religous people. The extremists are ony an exception. And religion isnt what creates religious nutcases, its their own insanity that does that.

Theres Political crazies- commies, nazis, fascists, Environmental crazies that will let millions of people die from malaria so some endangered insect doesnt die out from DDT spraying, sexual psychos that abduct & rape people, paedophiles, industrialists that will pump god knows what into our lakes and rivers just to make bigger profits. Racist nutters, etc.

My point is that nutcases will find some way of acting out their insanity. Be it politics, religion or many other things.

Yup, I doubt too many of us on here supprt the Iraq invasion and the war on terror, but I think we could all agree that the funeral of a soldier isn't a place to protest about the US's stance on homosexuality.
Right or wrong those people are dying for their country...the least they should expect is some respect from their fellow countrymen.

As for Phelps being a boards member?
I'm guessing her postcount would end up being in single digits...before someone wielded the ban stick.

As much as I disagree with what she was saying, both Hannity and Colmes shouldn't be attacking her in the way they are. It's not professional in the slightest.

Also, I can't stand them 2. Fox and the 2 of them spread hate just as much as she does. But that's another topic.

Of course they should be attacking her. I'm a polar opposite to most on Fox, but I still think its good to see people on tv with a spine who stand up to someone as evil as Shirley Phelps-Roper.*

    * Even if it was their decision for her to come on the show. Clearly things like this increase ratings, here we are talking about it now...

They got her on the show purely to lambaste her, they do it all the time -- I'm sure alot of you have seen the video of the young bloke who made the site about how the American soldiers should die, etc etc, and H&C got him on the show and just didn't stop making fun of him, and attacking him.

That's not news. They don't even give the other side the opportunity to present their argument without cutting across them and calling them "nuts" or somethin. Ridiculous.

(Not to say that they're not "nuts" -- but that's hardly the point)
