Best episode in a while, but been a particular poor bunch of episodes recently.. probably enjoyed due to abundance of quite interesting funny guests this week. No boring Hollywood fodder like Julianne Moore etc.

Most of the cracks at Jason Barlow's expense were funny - "so you ate that baby?" etc. And he actually seemed quite down to earth if a bit slow at times.

Mitchell and Webb were funny.. but not as funny as i hoped. Still hoping for a Peep Show - Series 4 as 'That Mitchell And Webb Look' just isn't doing it for me!

Zach Braff seemed to be on for what seemed like a very short time.. but seemed a bit weirded out by the uncensored and "wild" nature of the show as compared to US interviews. Seemed a bit hesistant to talk about the future with 'Scrubs' but i can't imagine him staying past the end of this series. Looking forward to 'The Last Kiss' too - clip and trailer look average enough but love the soundtrack (BUY IT) and general synopsis of the film for it to be worth a look.

And Gordon Ramsey was as always excellent..

But was it me or was the Snow Patrol & Martha Wainwright performance just downright horrible? I really love that song.. but Martha Wainwright more than overpowered Gary Lightbody. And was it just me or did he seem to be either on something or was having serious spasms in his hands.

I thought it would have been a brilliant episode if they had cut out Gordon Ramsay altogether and just had the other guests. Gordon Ramsay (and his constant, constant swearing) irritates me immensely, I turned off the show nearly straight away after he came on, couldn't stick it! (was just flicking back and forth for the rest of his interview) Is it just me or does he use swearing as a replacement for witty conversation? I noticed when Ross was teasing him, instead of thinking up of a humorous reply he just said "**** off" or "oh, you're such a wanker" repeatedly. Cue laughter from the audience? I don't mean to sound priggish, I swear myself, obviously, but occasionally, rather than every second word.

I loved the rest of the guests, especially Zach Braff and Mitchell and Webb. Wish they had a chance to be interviewed longer!!

p.s. ooh, wow, it edited me automatically, didn't realise you couldn't curse on this.

I've seen a clip of Snow Patrol and Martha Wainright doing that song before and they looked weird then too. They both seem to bend over at the waist, and he looks like somebody is torturing him. It's a shame, because the song is great!
