what a game! cant wait to watch the repeats of that , a classic...dodgy ref, sin binnings, amazing tries, crunching tackles ( BOD on POC ), savage forward play, leinster coughin up line out all over place still, hickies 6th gear and the turbos.....
    everything!

Great Atmos well done all leinster fans who attended and made it what it was too!

Munster in a tricky situation in the ML. With H Cup coming up in 2 weeks (Leicester away to start!!) they can ill afford to field too much of a team with the HC in mind and risk losing to in form Edinburgh, then as a result continue propping up ML just over Borders.

Munster really do have to keep an eye on the ML table to avoid a potentiall "relegation" next year....work cut out!

Leinster have turned things nicely over with 2 BP wins in tough derby matches and could well get a result away to Borders ( poor Borders ) with a lot of guys deservedly rested after last nights bruiser. Good place to be in going into the opening HC group game at home...expect a big crowd as they so well rewarded the fans last night!

Nice highlights clip RB, exposes Stringers fumbling Guy into the scrum to make the gap for the try. Clever stuff, gamesmanship !

Looking forward to seeing the BOD hit on POC again.

Hopefully it will make it on youtube like some of the other gems. :D

/\/\ How did the referee not see that, fair enough he had his eyes on play across the field, but he literally tripped over Wallace's legs as he fell!

what did jowitt do....looks like a slap in the face to me.

EDIT: My girlfriend reckons wallace just lost balance and fell over Jowitts's legs

From that vid, was Wallace pulling his jersey and got a slap in the face.

Looks like an absolute classic, great hi-lights.

    Kicking myself for not going.

and for my money, the ref was looking in the direction of the Jowitt incident as well...

speaking of which, last nights game was as great an advertisement for 2 refs as you'll ever see. The touch judges were useless, save one or two moments. One such moment was FC on DO'C. The only thing that FC could have done to make it moe obvious was to deck the touchjudge himself!

Yes FC was wrong to punch DOC but lets face it DOC deserved it, he was acting the clown all night. And how did the touch judge not notice DOC delibritly 5 yards offside obstructing FC. That in itself should be a yellow card for cheating.

I dont think Munster have a back line that can compete in the Heiniken Cup this year. I thought the same last year but the pack played so well they masked our limited options out wide.
Looks like we are in for a rude awakening!

Since Leinster beat Munster and Munster once beat New Zealand. Does that mean we're better than New Zealand?

Why not? "Better than New Zealand" is a growing club and after Friday night welcomes its newest members ...the mighty Border Reivers.

Also Edinburgh, having beaten Munster at Home, Leimster and the Borders already this season have show them selves to be likely WC winners!
