Who guested on the Late Late show last Friday (6th October)?
I caught a little bit when inventor Dyson was being interviewed.
I also heard PK made an inane comment after the band "Directors"
played a new single along lines of "you guys are great .. I think you'll
go far" (a sort of Fentonism)

but who were the earlier guests on the show ?

The best PK line was when he was interviewing Oliver Stone about World Trade Center. Stone was referring to a metaphorical image of Jesus offering one of the characters a bottle of water, and Pat said something like:

"Of course, they didn't have bottles of water in Jesus' time"

I missed that one. I can well believe it...

Anyone any the wiser as to which guests appeared on last Friday's
    Late Late Show though ?

I posted a query on the LLS guest list last week...

I found out the list of guests on last week (Fri 6th Oct) Late Late
today. It took RTE quite a while to update the Late Late site with
the details of the previous weeks show.

A relative of mine is very neo-con/right wing and had made
a quip about that nights show .. something about a "moron guest".
I was curious to see who it was. To have asked him would have
just invited a rant about left wing pinkos etc. My guess is it
was David Soul he objected to having looked at the clips on
    the LLS archive web site.

David Soul was over here as part of partaking in some play
to make a general protest against the death penalty and he
let off steam about the US and Bush/Blair in the middle of
the interview. Nothing more than what many Americans are
saying but enough for my neocon fan to brand him a moron :)
