just filling in a PP application form for an extension for the local town council and in section 13 Site Details, there are 2 parts I'm not sure what to fill in

    f) Plot Ratio
    g) Site coverage

Any ideas what goes in here?

Plot ratio is the ratio of floor space over site area.
    g) Site coverage
Site coverage is the ratio of building footprint over site area.

So if you have a two-storey building of 120m2 on a site of 361m2, then the plot ratio is 120/361=.3324 and site coverage is 60/361=.1662

Check with the council as to whether you are allowed to go to the centre of the road when measuring site area. Pay particular attention to your title deeds when measuring site area. Note there may be a difference between your whole site and the particular plot that you are applying for permission on, e.g. a farmer building some houses in one of his 10 fields.
