Preflop if its only the blinds left I'd almost never limp from the small blind - with the JQo here I'm either raising to 750/800 or folding.

As played to the river I don't see that there is any hand you are beating (except possibly 22), so its either fold or push, but I'm very much a fan of a fold here.

EDIT: Total misread, because you bet on river, not oppo. Ignore

Cant make sense of your calls, if you taught he missed the flop, which is possible because he raised preflop and the flop were all low then re-raise him on the flop or the turn and find out where you are. By checking to the river you have no idea of the strenght of his hand and now you should be folding that hand and lose a pot because you dont have the odds to call it and you had no right to be in.

Whats was your thinking or were u just on tilt??

Edit/ i mis-read the river bet too, taught he bet. Not a bad move at this stage but a re-raise on the flop or turn might have been a better option and not as big a dent in your stack if he does have a hand

Raise Preflop.....calling is not an option here!
Why are you calling after the flop? If your calling because you think hes at it(it has to be raise or fold here again), then you have to follow up with a bet on the turn after he checks to you.

Why are you check calling? I think it's about the worst way to play pre/flop/turn. You might get away with your river bet tho.

Are you check/calling with the intention of a big river bet like that?

Without any reads you shouldn't be limp and calling raises with QJ, basically you're representing 88 or an A, here, it might work this time, but I really don't like it either.

    He called with A2.

I should have raised pf, and on the flop. I usually do both of these in this situation but i was mixing it up a bit, i planned on check-raising the turn but he disappointed me. I'm certainly not winning on the river here with a check
