lads i was just wondering how the new bill is going to effect american players. if one uses netteller can they get around the law or if you use an online bank or a foreign bank to cash out ps i'm going to america for a few months and still want to play

It's all still a bit unclear at the moment. I'd suggest you have a root around this 2+2 Forum. The stickies at the top should be helpful. In particular look out for posts by Berge20 and Performify in any threads you read.
