The first 3 in the first link, and a good few in the second, are excellent.
Your B&W is far superior to your colour IMO.

Agreed. Gave you the list already so wont get specific at this hour but the black and whites are spot on. Perfect light and contrast. Like the abstractness of 4120 and 4121, nicely done. I like em anyway. Oh and post the Point ones... they are good!

Good set. The B&W hit me best. Ane of course the fourth one. Where would we go without the ol' hand in the air shot :p

Tight on time to explain why, but I like them. Nice framing. Good inclusion / exclusion of stuff around that artist(s).

    Merv.

A couple of really good ones - 3673 from the first link, kind of abstract & blurry but I like it, and the ones of the chap playng the Epiphone Les Paul in the second set are very good, real 'rock star' pose in those ones!

Good set of pics there. I would agree about the B+W ones being better than colour. The photo DSC_3816 from the first set is very good. I like 4/14 (DSC_4053) from the second set. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks folks! I appreciate the feedback. Better work on my colour then so!

I like the second set best the selective depth of field in the first three is great, you still got all the band in each shot. They look a bit noisey , but that could be my monitor, but it adds to the pics. I really like em, and the colour ones in this set are good too.

I dont like the first set as much, probably due to the fact that theres a lot of dead space in most of the pics - a lot of ceiling and waist up shots.

I reckon there's too much motion blur in most of them. That can work some times, but not in almost all shots. I usually try to stay at 1/50 or faster if I can and even then you have to rely on the subject staying particularly still.

Nice framing though, the subjects are well placed in the shots, nice lighting etc. How much PS was done?
