Hi All, I have incorporated two rooms in the attic of my new build. One room is only for storage (Chimney is going up through it) The other room I plan to use for a home office. The room cannot be classed as a room by building specs (using some formula room width X height X ......? ). I plan to install a permanant stairs…

Hi All,

I have incorporated two rooms in the attic of my new build. One room is only for storage (Chimney is going up through it) The other room I plan to use for a home office. The room cannot be classed as a room by building specs (using some formula room width X height X ......? ). I plan to install a permanant stairs to it. Do I require Fire doors from each access (i.e. each floor) to the stairs.
