Pixmania Photos Never Received

    Hey

    I ordered 100 photos on 15th September from Pixmania, and am still waiting for the delivery. Their website is updated to say they were sent but nothing has arrived. I have tried numerous times to contact them on their 15c a minute number (which is just another way for them to make money) but I never get talking to a person. I couldn't find an email for them but found the form to submit queries to them. I have now sent 4 emails requesting an update on the whereabouts of my pics. On submitting the form it says they will be in contact within 24 hours, still no response from any of them.

    The cost has been charged to my credit card and I have nothing to show for it and no way of talking to any rep from Pixmania.

    Does anyone have an email address that I could put tracking on to see if they are actually, at least, reading my emails?

    What delivery method was used, just regular air mail? You can set Request user to send a return receipt in your email options in Outlook or Thunderbird (Mozilla), that might work.

    I presume it was regular air mail - I bought the special pack 100 photos + delivery for €13.

    I'd like to be able to set up the read receipt but I don't have an email address to send it to - so I cant send it from Outlook. When you click contacts on their webpage it only gives a form to fill your query in and submit it.

    I'm more annoyed that they haven't responded to any of the mails, even though they say they will reply within 24hours, and trying to ring them is next to impossible!! :(

    Probably just regular mail, so you dialed 0818 244 100? They have a few email addresses at the bottom of their webpages. Maybe try emailing one of those. A few boardsies use pixmania so hopefully there will be more responses.

    The number I am ringing is 1520932932 - as far as I can see this is their Irish number.

    I never noticed the email address on the bottom of the page - I think I might try emailing all of them....

    I found them a nightmare to try to contact. However after ringing the sales line they told me to ring in the afternoon as they are not as busy then. It worked I couldn't believe it when the phone was answered.

    Unfortunately they are cheap for a reason.

    Also, it's actually cheaper again to order the photos (6" x 4.5") in batches of 15 instead of 100.

    Doesn't make sense, I know but c'est a vie!

    Finally got through aswell yesterday - answered first time when I rang the english number but was told they couldnt help once they heard the order number - must be tied to the number.

    Got on about all the problems i was having and they said they would contact and get them to ring me back,....never heard. So I tried on an off chance yesterday afternoon and got through. Their reprinting my photos, apparently there was some mix up with the delivery in that they could only track it to the dispatch but it never went anywhere from there. So fingers crossed I finally get them early next week!! On complaining about the hassle of contacting them, they told me they are currently moving office...
